Complete the following steps to connect to a third-party service from the Virtual Keypad app. Available third-party services include Eagle Eye®, Digital Watchdog Spectrum®, and Hanwha Wisenet WAVE®.
Note: Due to recent update from the shared cloud authentication provider used by both Hanwha WAVE and Digital Watchdog Spectrum, as of July 24, 2026, the existing Virtual Keypad integration is only compatible with Hanwha WAVE or Digital Watchdog Spectrum systems running Version 6.0 or earlier.
Supported: Hanwha WAVE and Digital Watchdog Spectrum Version 6.0 and earlier
Not Supported: Hanwha WAVE and Digital Watchdog Spectrum Version 6.1 and later
If your system has already been upgraded to Version 6.1 or later, the cloud integration will stop functioning. To restore operation, the NVR software will need to be rolled back to Version 6.0 or earlier.
